Fans who are determined to be eligible for a refund of the original purchase price will have those funds returned to the original form of payment.

The amount of any refund made to fans who are determined to be eligible for a refund will be the original cost of the ticket purchased on the primary market (i.e., the face value of the ticket).​

We have a process in place to verify refund claims and will work as diligently and expediently as possible to process and issue refunds to eligible customers.

Ticketmaster will be handling the refund transactions.​ Hard Rock Stadium, CONMEBOL, and Concacaf are working together with Ticketmaster to reimburse fans who purchased tickets on the primary market and were denied entry to the Stadium through no fault of their own for the original face value of their tickets.​
